Job Purpose

This role supports the Assistant Manager in day-to-day SAP PM and QM operations, user support, system enhancements, new developments, and research and development (R&D) to improve maintenance and quality processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Textile, Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical), Computer Science or Information Technology, with a strong academic record.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience, prior SAP experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide day-to-day SAP PM and QM user support, resolving or escalating tickets within agreed SLAs.
2. Maintain PM master data, including equipment, functional locations, maintenance plans, and task lists.
3. Support preventive maintenance scheduling, work orders, breakdown tracking, and maintenance reporting.
4. Maintain QM master data, including inspection plans, sampling procedures, and inspection characteristics.
5. Support inspection lots, results recording, usage decisions, quality notifications, and defect tracking.
6. Prepare maintenance and quality reports to support operational monitoring and management decisions.
7. Analyze system issues, identify root causes, and implement or escalate appropriate solutions.
8. Gather user requirements and assist in preparing functional specifications for system enhancements.
9. Support SAP PM and QM configuration changes, custom reports, forms, and ABAP developments.
10. Prepare test cases, conduct testing, coordinate user acceptance testing, and support go-live activities.
11. Maintain user manuals, process documentation, and change records in accordance with established procedures.
12. Research SAP innovations, standard practices, automation, and AI opportunities, recommending improvements to the Assistant Manager.
